Dan Kinder is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur and investor with over 27 years of experience spanning single-family, multifamily, and business ownership. He began his real estate career in 1998 with the acquisition and full renovation of his first home and has since acquired, remodeled, rented, or sold dozens of properties, building deep expertise in construction, operations, and asset management. From his early start roofing houses at age 10 to overseeing complex remodels and portfolio growth as an adult, Dan has developed a comprehensive understanding of real estate from the ground up. Over the past two decades, Dan has expanded his focus into the multifamily asset class. He currently holds limited partner positions in more than 1,500 multifamily units and serves as a general partner in nearly 700 units, where he contributes expertise in underwriting, financial analysis, and strategic execution. His background includes an associate degree in Business Administration/Accounting, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and nearly 30 years as a computer engineer and application developer with IBM. This combination of financial acumen, technical precision, and real estate experience enables him to evaluate opportunities with discipline and manage projects with a high degree of operational excellence. Dan's unique blend of construction knowledge, investment experience, and financial expertise provides a strong foundation for the Fund's strategy of multifamily development and the acquisition of complementary cash-flowing businesses that integrate with and enhance multifamily operations.
Jennifer Austin a team leader and creator of new business opportunities through marketing and connections through knowing and understanding Real Estate Buyers, Seller & Investors she is a former Real Estate Broker at EXP Realty Group. A true creator Jennifer has parlayed her skills and experience working with people into a successful real estate career. Learning the markets & Building relationships with buyers and sellers is Jennifer’s key to success in today’s rapidly changing market. Seeing the need for multifamily apartments and watching the American dream of owning home fade away. Knowing change was in the air, we started building JE Capital to help solve the housing market shortage & create amazing returns for investors needing a safe place to grow their retirement and a rapid changing economy. Jennifer has worked alongside her husband and business partner Eddie Austin through all Real Estate & business ventures since 2012.
Eddie Austin is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and a respected leader in the commercial real estate industry. With a portfolio of successful companies, Eddie is deeply passionate about helping others create indestructible wealth through education on leveraging real estate investments. Since starting in real estate in 2004, Eddie's journey has spanned single-family homes, large-scale developments, and managing real estate operations, construction, and fundraising. He has overseen more than $170 million in projects, including solar, industrial, and commercial ground-up developments, as well as value-add and redevelopment initiatives for apartment complexes in major U.S. markets. Eddie has grown multiple Midwest-based real estate and business development ventures into enterprises generating over $200 million in annual revenue. Since 2020, he has successfully managed 506(c) fund operations for a real estate portfolio exceeding $315 million. Through his work, Eddie's mission remains steadfast: to empower others to achieve financial freedom by leveraging real estate as a transformative tool for building lasting wealth.

Tim Elizer is an entrepreneur, operator, investor, and author known for combining practical business leadership with a disciplined investment mindset. As the owner and CEO of a successful visual branding and manufacturing company, he has built his career around execution, problem-solving, and creating value in competitive markets. With deep experience in operations, business development, project execution, and strategic growth, Tim brings an operator's lens to investing. He focuses on opportunities where disciplined underwriting, strong fundamentals, and hands-on leadership can drive meaningful outcomes. His investment philosophy centers on real asset value, operational improvement, and long-term upside rather than speculation. As an author, Tim also brings a strong perspective on leadership, resilience, and entrepreneurship, shaped by his firsthand experience building businesses from the ground up. That combination of operator experience, strategic vision, and long-term conviction gives him a unique approach to capital deployment, risk assessment, and value creation across multifamily, operating businesses, and other high-conviction opportunities.

Will Downie Jr. serves in Investor Relations and Capital Raising at JE Capital, bringing more than 20 years of experience across engineering, construction, operations, and business ownership. With a background in mechanical engineering and operational leadership, Will has built his career around disciplined execution, problem-solving, and building systems that create measurable results. He currently owns LS Construction, a Florida State-Licensed Certified Building Contractor serving the Central Florida market, and has been involved in more than $15 million in residential project volume across multiple builders and his own company. Before focusing on construction and investor relations, Will held engineering and operational leadership roles, including Director of Engineering for REV Ambulance Group. He also acquired, operated, and successfully exited Finley Precision Spindles, a precision manufacturing business. At JE Capital, Will helps investors understand opportunities through the lens of execution, risk awareness, and long-term value creation, bringing an operator's mindset to capital relationships and investment conversations.
Morgan Brabbs serves in Investor Relations at JE Capital Investments Fund, where he focuses on building long term relationships with investors through clear communication, transparency, and disciplined follow through. After earning a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Morgan built a career across engineering, manufacturing leadership, and continuous improvement, where he developed a systems based approach to solving problems, improving performance, and executing under real world constraints. Morgan also brings more than a decade of hands on real estate experience as an investor and operator across a multi-asset-class portfolio, with a track record involving more than $7 million in real estate asset value. His focus on value add execution, asset performance, and disciplined decision making shapes how he approaches investor relationships: with clarity, structure, accountability, and a long term view of capital stewardship.
